Merry Christmas

Ellie is very, very excited that she is celebrating 3 Christmases this year and two of them are on Christmas day!

E

E has been very busy hiding from Ellie and Cooper.  E started off the month, sitting in a few of Ellie’s Lego creations.  The first morning he showed up, Ellie was so excited.  She ran to her room, grabbed the Elf on the shelf book and held Cooper’s hand as they walked to the couch.  I read them the E book and Ellie made sure that Cooper knew all the rules.  It took another 2 morning for Cooper to understand that E moves every night.  There have been a few mornings that Cooper will find E before Ellie and both Ellie and Cooper were very excited when E showed up in their rooms in the morning.

Reading

Ellie is getting much better at reading and Cooper is getting much better at sitting still and listening.  I don’t know how they both ended up in Cooper’s bed reading but it was cute seeing them enjoying time together.
