Legos

Our local museum was having a Lego exhibit that we all enjoyed.  Cooper didn’t want to wait in the line but he was entertaining the people around us.  Ellie and I stayed while she built her own Lego boat and mummy and Cooper went in search of some food.  We enjoyed the rest of the afternoon looking at all the exhibits.  Ellie even ventured into a maze that was completely dark and she had to find her way out.  I didn’t think she would like it, but she ended up going through it twice. Cooper was locked up for causing too much trouble and not following directions.

Easter

The Easter Bunny surprised the kids by hiding lots of eggs all over the house.  It took us 3 days to find all the eggs.  Ellie loved it!

Then we went to the local stadium for some Easter fun.  We all knew the Easter bunny was flying in to deliver some eggs, but we didn’t expect this.  Using a helicopter, flying very low, the Easter bunny dropped what seemed like a thousand chocolate eggs.  The kids scrambled to get as many as they could.  The rest of the morning was spent jumping, sliding and eating chocolate.
